IPS was established in 1993 by Frank Bueti (OAM) and Tony Belperio. At this time they both already had extensive experience in the fruit and veg industry. Frank’s expertise came through buying and Tony’s in growing sales at store level whilst also sourcing new business, together they became an unstoppable force. IPS has therefore grown considerably over the years through the constant growth in sales and always sourcing the best produce at the best possible price.

In turn, Frank and Tony have also helped other businesses thrive in achieving record sales and profits that they didn’t believe were possible due to the vision and expertise that IPS has provided to these businesses.

This has allowed them to constantly attract new business and grow IPS to the business it is today. However, all of this would not have been possible if they didn’t have the best staff members in the industry.

Frank & Tony have been blessed to have some of the best and experienced fruit and veg people in the industry work and still work for them now. Some of our staff have been with us for over 20 years and have grown this business to where it is today. While some of these staff have retired or moved on, this has allowed the next generation to come through. Frank and Tony always say that IPS is nothing without its STAFF and CUSTOMERS.
